Born and raised in Southern California, in a Mexican American culture, someone was always cooking. I would help find the ripest avocados, chili peppers, tomatoes, cilantro etc. from our garden.  From a very young age, I had a passion for cooking, flavor and fresh ingredients were instilled in me . Keeping true to family recipes and incorporating some of  my own, you will taste a little bit Southern California with each bite. Being active duty in the USMC, I couldn’t do this alone, I needed the help of my family. So my parents, sister and her family moved to NC to help me start my dream. They launched the opening of the restaurant, while I was on my 5th deployment. I had the privilege of working both my military career and, restaurant business when I returned home. We are not your typical restaurant. It’s a laid back, tacos and music with friends atmosphere. Proud and privileged to be Veteran/Family owned  operated.
